What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per SKU. For custom logo orders the MOQ is 300 pieces, and blank stock samples can be ordered in single quantities.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal for sample orders, and L/C at sight for orders above USD 20,000.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production takes 20–30 days after artwork approval, depending on order quantity. Sea freight takes 25–40 days and air freight 5–10 days to most destinations.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and we support FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW trade terms.

Can I print my own logo on the bottles?

Yes. We offer silk-screen printing, laser engraving, heat transfer and full-wrap digital printing. Send us your logo in AI or PDF format and we will provide a free mock-up within 24 hours.

Can I customize the packaging?

Absolutely. Options include custom colour boxes, kraft boxes, insert cards and barcode labels.

Are your bottles BPA free?

Yes. All bottles are made from food-grade 18/8 stainless steel or BPA-free Tritan plastic, and every batch is tested by SGS and FDA certified laboratories.

How long do your bottles keep drinks cold?

Our double-wall vacuum insulated bottles keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

What is your quality guarantee?

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive defective goods, send us photos within 30 days and we will replace them or credit the affected units on your next order.

Can I order samples before mass production?

Yes. Stock samples ship in 3–5 days at the sample price plus freight. The sample fee is fully refunded once you place a bulk order.
